Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of purchase.

As orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, this 6-hour window cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

30-Day Return & Store Credit Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition and packaging
Free from odors, stains, or signs of use

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, cash refunds are not offered. Approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn, washed, or damaged items
Custom, personalized, or bulk orders
Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact contact@menocurve.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

The reason for the return

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7–14 business days.

If you do not see your store credit after this period, please contact your financial institution or reach out to our support team.

All credits are issued in the original purchase currency. Any currency conversion or exchange fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Size Exchanges

If the size does not fit as expected, we strongly recommend requesting a size exchange rather than a return.

Menopause-related body changes and daily bloating can affect fit, and many customers find their ideal size on the second try. Our support team is happy to help you choose the best size for your comfort and needs.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact contact@menocurve.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

If approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Items damaged through normal wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Menocurve cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. In the event of a delivery issue, our team will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

To protect our customers and our brand, we monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We says reserve the right to request additional information to verify an order or to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.
