At Menocurve, we are committed to helping women feel confident and comfortable in their bodies — especially during menopause. Because fit and comfort are essential when it comes to shapewear, we offer a 30-day Fit & Comfort Guarantee.

If your Menocurve shapewear isn’t right for you, we’re here to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@menocurve.com.

30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.

Because shapewear is an intimate garment, please note the following:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The protective liner (if included) must remain attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A size exchange, or

  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

For hygiene and safety reasons, cash refunds are not issued on shapewear.

Our goal is to help you find the right size — not to leave you stuck with a product you can’t wear.

Size Exchanges (Highly Recommended)

If the size doesn’t feel right, we strongly recommend an exchange rather than a return.

Menopause-related bloating, body changes, and daily fluctuations can affect fit.

Our team is happy to assist you in choosing the best size based on:

  • Your measurements

  • How you plan to wear the shapewear

  • Your comfort preference (lighter vs. firmer smoothing)

To request an exchange, contact contact@menocurve.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The size you received

  • The size you’d like to try

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email contact@menocurve.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Processing Time

  • Store credit or exchange approval is processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

All credits are issued in the original purchase currency.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Eligible cases will receive a free replacement at no additional cost.

Damage caused by normal wear, washing, or misuse is not covered.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Menocurve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.
Lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our brand, we monitor transactions for unusual activity.
We may request additional information to verify orders.

Menocurve reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time.
By purchasing from Menocurve, you agree to the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Product colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Fabric stretch and layering under clothing

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but slight variations may occur.
