Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. During this time your order is checked, packed and a tracking number is created. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared on the next business day.
We work with several fulfillment partners so your size and color are always in stock. Your order may ship from a partner warehouse outside your country. For Canada, duties and taxes are already included.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show updates. If you have not received it after 3 business days, write to us at contact@menocurve.com.
Delayed, lost or stolen packages
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, customs or busy periods. If your package is late, lost or marked delivered but not received, contact us at contact@menocurve.com with your order number and we will help you with the carrier.
