We want you to love how your clothes fit. If your Menocurve order isn't right for you, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to ask for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@menocurve.com with your order number. Our team will reply within 2 business days with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
